I've got exciting news to share with you. I'm headed to D.C. again! This is my third trip there and I'll be attending International Students for Liberty Conference (ISFLC), which is a libertarian conference. Once I'm there, I'll be attending lectures and discussions such as censorship on campus, safety culture, and the compatibility of religion with liberty.
Oh and I'll also get the chance to see Senator Rand Paul, Congressman Thomas Massie, and the founder of CrossFit, Greg Glassman.
I'm pretty hyped about being surrounded by people with very similar views, and having the chance to meet Rand Paul! There's also an art exhibit in which my painting of Betsy Ross will be displayed. What's even better is that I'll be getting in for free because my painting was accepted, and if I'm lucky I'll get an award of some sort. I'm up against favorable odds, a 1 in 14 chance, since only 14 artists will be displaying their work. So wish me luck!
Tomorrow I'll be on my way to D.C. by bus, so I'll try to update the blog during that time if I get decent wifi.
